  • Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
Rush delivery options are also available for an additional fee.
Standard delivery usually takes around 3-7 business days.
Expedited delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days.

Exceptions:
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you order more than two items, your order may be dispatched in two or more packages.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellation
To change or cancel your order email us at pureera.us@gmail.com 
Please include your order number and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already shipped it will be canceled immediately. If the item has shipped, simply return the item and we will credit your account.
  • Returns/ Refund
All our products are made to the highest quality standards. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery;  All items should be unused/ unwashed and returned in the original packaging. 
Returns are seamless and easy, and you can do it online!
  1. Log into your account and find the order number. (If you cannot find your order number, kindly provide email address/ delivery address of the order, we will locate the order for you.)
  2. Contact us at pureera.us@gmail.com and tell us the reason you would return the item.
  3. We will process your return request in 2-3 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected. We will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund (minus delivery charges, if applicable)/ discount.
The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 3-5 business days from when your package is received.
  • Damaged item/ Incorrect Order
If the products arrive with visible defects or you received incorrect items, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 10 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 10 days after the delivery date.
  • Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
