  • Shipping & Delivery   *(Baby Playpen and Toy Storage Organizer are not included in this policy)
Free standard shipping order over $35.00. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. 
Rush delivery options are also available for an additional fee of $9.99
Shipping date of pre-order - Please refer the delivery date on each products page when you place the order.
Standard delivery usually takes around 3-7 business days.
Expedited delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Policy of Baby Playpen & Toy Storage Organizer Items:

Due to the heavy weight and demand and logistics delay, order processing day may take 1-2 weeks, the total estimate of delivery time will be around 20-30 days. Sometimes it may delay casued weather/ high peak season/ holidays. 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you order more than two items, your order may be dispatched in two or more packages.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellation
To change or cancel your order email us at 
Please include your order number and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already shipped it will be canceled immediately. If the item has shipped, simply return the item and we will credit your account.
  • Returns/ Refund
All our products are made to the highest quality standards. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery;  All items should be unused/ unwashed/ uninstalled and returned in the original packaging. 
Returns are seamless and easy, and you can do it online!
  1. Log into your account and find the order number. (If you cannot find your order number, kindly provide email address/ delivery address of the order, we will locate the order for you.)
  2. Contact us at and tell us the reason you would return the item.
  3. We will process your return request in 2-3 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
Once your return is received and inspected. We will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund (minus delivery charges, if applicable)/ discount.
The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 3-5 business days from when your package is received.
  • Damaged item/ Incorrect Order
If the products arrive with visible defects or you received incorrect items, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 10 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 10 days after the delivery date.
  • Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
  • Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging?

Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences in transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That's why we don't generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer's interest.
