They have a hard front edge that is a little weird to get used to and the landing matt doesn’t stick to our particular vinyl flooring too well but I’d imagine that wouldn’t be a problem for most. The color is a little on the green tint side of light gray but works ok in our space. Comfortable feel on the feet and dog seems more comfortable taking the stairs now. Not 5 stars but a good value.
I have to say that the product so far is terrific. We originally ordered through Amazon and when we wanted to order a few other pieces they were sold out. We were able to contact the company directly and they fulfilled our request immediately. So far so good truly love the product...
