  • Return/ Refund

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; 

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the problem is not caused by the quality of product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected. We will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund (minus delivery charges, if applicable)/ discount.
The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 3-5 business days from when your package is received.

  • Order Modifications or Cancellation

 If the item has not already shipped it will be canceled immediately. If the item has shipped, simply return the item and we will credit your account.

  • Damaged item/ Incorrect Order
If the products arrive with visible defects or you received incorrect items, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 10 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 10 days after the delivery date.

If the order has not been shipped by international shipping it will be canceled immediately. If the order has already been shipped by international shipping, cancellation will be charged 40% handling fee of your order amount.

The customer is responsible for making sure the item can fit in the room of choice. Due to the high shipping cost of the products, in order to avoid returns, we suggest customer to read the product description and product size carefully before purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the products any time.

Customers should check whether the product is correct after receiving the product before installing it. If you receive damaged products or missing items, please provide pictures of the products and let us know within 7 days. We will arrange replacement for you.

  • What you need to know before you start a general return:
Please note that the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. Just like most return policies we are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and in new condition. This means that products were ASSEMBLED, or with any scratches, stains, damages or modifications can not be returned.

1.Please kindly DO NOT discard any of the shipping box or packing materials.
2.You have to pay for the return cost if no quality issues are involved.
3.At least a full view picture of the product needs to be provided so we can assess its condition and return eligibility.
4. Return request must be submit in 7 days when the packages delivered.
All items will be charged a 40% re-stock fee of the order amount if the return is not caused by quality of products.(Only for baby playpens and bookshelf products)
  • Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging?
Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That's why we don't generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer's interest.
